Refund & Return Policy

At ULS Life Easy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  • The item is not a final sale or non-returnable product (see Section 5)
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and send the correct item or issue a full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window

6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; the standard return process applies.
